G1 Martial Arts Classes
All new students must attend 10 classes before sparring or rolling.
If you are looking to help your child develop focus, concentration, self-confidence, discipline, self-control and be “bully proof”, G1 Martial Arts will deliver you the results! All children work hand in hand with our instructors on a curriculum that incorporates knowledge from Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Krav Maga. Core values that we teach in our class are respect, self-control, discipline and integrity.

G1 Martial Arts is the premier destination for anyone interested in learning the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our students range from Professionals, Emergency Responders, College Students, Women, Children, and Families...but on the mat everyone quickly becomes part of the same Jiu-Jitsu family.
We are an Official Carlos Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Training Center, owned and operated by Coach Larry Chasteen, a 3 Stripe Purple Belt.

Whether your goal is to train to compete or get in the best shape of your life, kickboxing classes are for you! Our kickboxing program is a combination of both conditioning and technique building drills. The class consists of cardio, strength training, and both offensive and defensive counter techniques.
Class Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday from 6 to 7pm & Saturday 10-11am
Krav Maga is the Israeli form of close quarter combat. Our goal is to teach the most effective way of protection against an attacker using hand to hand combat and situations involving any kind of weapon. G1 Martial Arts is a proud member of Israeli Krav International and works directly with the CEO and Head Instructor, Moshe Katz.
Class Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 7 to 8pm
Whether you are looking to compete or just get in the best shape of your life, we assure you that our boxing program is top notch. You don’t have to be a fighter, but you certainly can look like one!
Our boxing sessions cover basic footwork, upper body movement, and blocking. We cater to the full range of students, from age 12 and older. Our boxing classes are a high aerobic activity that helps to condition the body and develop one’s timing, and power when striking. Our boxing allow students to spar with partners, to enhance their ability to ‘read’ an attack, and effectively avoid strikes.
New members can try one class as a free trial.

The Cardio fitness class is a total body workout using a combination of kickboxing, circuit training, and Bjj skills.
Class Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 to 9am
