January 31 day plank challenge

With the holidays fast approaching, heavy eating will occur for many of us. Let's focus on getting that core back into shape super quickly. I challenge each of you over the month of January to do a 1 minute plank each day. However, I would like for you to add 30 secs each week to the 1 min that you will start with. The goal is to be at a total of 3 minutes by January, 31. All of our classes need a strong core for the workout that you regularly do and this will help. Let's see who all can hit the 3 min mark by Jan, 31. Good luck everyone.
